In the 22nd season premiere of the animated series ARTHUR on PBS, Arthur, Francine, Buster, and Muffy, learn that their third-grade teacher, Mr. Ratburn, is getting married. A man. (Yay! But was I the only one who didn’t know ARTHUR was still on the air?)
